The team line-ups are in for tonight’s Carabao Cup 2nd round tie as Swansea City host Premier League side Crystal Palace at the Liberty Stadium with a slightly earlier kick-off at 7:30 pm.
Graham Potter has named a young side to face Roy Hodgson’s side tonight. Goalkeeper Kristoffer Nordfeldt returns and captains the side and there are debuts for new signing Declan John, Cian Harries, Brandon Cooper, George Byers and Courtney Baker-Richarson.
Great to see so many young players in action in the starting eleven tonight and you also have the likes of Tyler Reid, Aaron Lewis, Adnan Maric and Liam Cullen on the bench. An opportunity to impress and earn a call to the senior team no doubt.
The senior players starting are Nordfeldt, Naughton and Carroll, while Grimes and Dhanda start having made bench appearances so far in the League this season.
