To the Double, Swansea City have signed 21 year-old Welsh Midfielder Matty Collins from Fulham on what is thought to be a free transfer.
Matty Collins who is from Merthyr Tydfil, has made 12 reserve team appearances last season. He has been training with the club and impressed Martinez whilst here in Swansea.
Swansea Manager Roberto Martinez on his time training with the swans as BBC sports reported:
| ‘ He doesn’t come on a regular basis but he’s had a couple of training sessions with us…His attitude is fantastic. I’m always interested in Welsh talent and I hope he’s been enjoying his time with us.’ |
This is a good signing for the swans as we look to strengthen for next season.
