The draw for the Quarter Finals of this season’s EFL Trophy took place earlier today.
Drawn live on Sky Sports News earlier today, sides through to the Quarter Finals are one step closer to the Wembley final on April 2 and only one Under 23 side are through to this stage of the competition – Swansea City – following the Under 23 invite this year in an effort to reinvigorate the competition.
Quarter Final ties are provisionally set for the week beginning January 23rd but games will be firmed up in the coming days.
The Full Draw was as follows:
Mansfield Town v Wycombe Wanderers
Swansea City U23 v Coventry City
Oxford United or Cheltenham Town v Bradford City
Luton Town v Yeovil Town
The Cheltenham v Bradford tie will take place on January 17 and then the Quarter Finals will be fully confirmed.
