New Swansea City manager Bob Bradley says that he’s looking to bring in an assistant coach with Premier League experience.

During his first press conference today, he was asked about his coaching staff, and he revealed that there’s talks ongoing about bringing someone in.

The Swans boss also spoke about the importance of current first team coach Alan Curtis, who also played a vital role when Francesco Guidolin first arrived at the club during last season.

The Italian’s assistants were all sacked on Monday along with Guidolin, so once again we have to look to restructuring the coaching staff. But it doesn’t sound like Bradley wants to replace the 3 sacked with another three, and it might be that he only brings in one or two to work alongside him and Alan Curtis.

Bradley also recognised the importance of having coaches who stay at the club whilst managers come and go, as their experience is invaluable.

Curtis’ experience certainly will be invaluable to Bradley as he’ll have plenty to learn in a new and challenging league.
