Lee Trundle stole the show again last night with a brace as Swansea beat Yeovil 2-0 to keep thier place at the top of the league.

He now believes he has the ability to play in the Premiership.

He told BBC Sport: ‘I think I can do it in the Premiership.

‘I’m a goalscorer and believe in my own ability. That’s the way you’ve got to go out and play football.

‘It’s no good settling for something when you think you can do better. I believe I’m a player who can play at the highest level.’

‘It’s out of my hands if a big club comes in and puts a bid in,’

‘It’s just up to me to do my thing on the pitch and that’s what I’m doing.’

Trundle’s second goal last night will certainly live long in the memory. He controlled a poor clearance and then lobbed the keeper with a superb volley from 40 yards.
