Swansea City Will look to strengthen further in May with the potential signings of Ferrie Bodde from ADO Den Hagg and Dorus De Vries from Dunfermline.

Both Dutchmen have been linked to the club in recent months and with reports from the Netherlands with ADO Den Hagg co Owner John van Zweden announcing that the club had won the race for Bodde’s Signature things are moving at a rapid pace on the transfer market.

The club have been looking out for a experienced Goalkeeper for some time with the departure of Andy Oakes. Dorus De Vries has been criticized in recent weeks for the errors made that consigned Dunfermline to relegation from the Scottish Premiership. This must be taken into context of a solid season with the pars. His contract with the Pars will expire this month and will leave East end Park on a free transfer.

Dorus and Bodde were team mates at ADO Den Hagg from 2003-2006. This should indeed help in the negotiating process should the two players sign for the Club.

De Vries started his career with Stormvogels Telstar based in the municipality of Velsen in Northern Holland. He made the move to East End Park in 2006 making 33 appearances for the pars.

Should De Vries to sign for the club then it would seriously question Gueret’s Starting place in the Squad. Gueret has been sternly criticized this season for a string of errors which have cost us valuable points.De Vries should truly give him the competion for his place that is so vitally needed.

Bodde in spite of the reports on the site about his ill discipline for Den Hagg, Roberto is the kind of manager that will not tolerate this petulance on and off the field of play.

Next week could bring two more signings to the club following the capture of Matty Collins and Jason Scotland.
