Grzegorz Rasiak has rejected a chance to join Swansea City and instead has signed for Reading.

The Polish forward was considering offers from Watford and Leeds along with the Swans but he instead decided to join the Royals.

Swansea City also failed in their attempts to sign former Sheffield United striker Danny Webber, who’s expected to join Middlesbrough.

The Swans have now turned their intentions to bringing back former fans favourite Lee Trundle on loan from Bristol City. The scouser has visited the Liberty Stadium for talks over a possible move as we look to ease our striker crisis ahead of Saturday’s home game against Watford.

Stephen Dobbie is out for around 4 weeks after injuring his ribs and Gorka Pintado is serving a suspension.
