Home tickets for Friday night?s match have been sold out as the club are expecting a bumper crowd of more than 19,000.

With more than 1,200 Yeovil supporters making the trip, it?s guaranteed to be an electric atmosphere.

Confidence will be high amongst the squad ahead of Friday?s match after a superb victory away at Southend, replacing them at the top of the League and we?ll be hoping to keep our place at the top of the league.

Vital Quotes:

Kenny Jackett:
”We have some good players with good ability and we have some hungry players.

”When you look at the squad there’s a nice balance, so I would like to think we can keep our good form up.”

Darren Way, Yeovil midfielder:
‘We have always seemed to do quite well against them and it is always an entertaining game, so all we have got to do is make sure we close people down and do the same things that we did against Macclesfield.

‘There will be a big crowd at Swansea and it is a new stadium. It is always nice to play in those sorts of games so we are all looking forward to it.’

Yeovil manager, Steve Thompson:
‘There is a lot to think about now in terms of selection. We have a lot of options but we have had two tough games in a short space of time.

‘We will have to have a look at things in training before making any decisions.’

Swansea Team News:

Owain Tudur-Jones needed 5 stitches to a head wound he suffered during the Southend game last Saturday and as a result he was withdrawn from the Wales under 21?s side to play Cyprus in a friendly.

However, Jackett is expecting him to be fit which will mean the manager will have a full squad to choose from. Martinez was dropped on Saturday and he could well warm the bench again tomorrow.

Sam Ricketts was involved in Wales?s diabolical performance in Cyprus so Jackett may want to rest the full back. It would be recommended, as Sam is never at his best after international duty. Austin, despite his lack of pace, could replace him at left back while Monk and Izzy keep their places in the centre.

Player to watch: Lee Trundle

The scouser is in top form of late, he?s scored 15 goals already this season and Southend manager Steve Tilson said he was the difference the Swans beat his side at Roots Hall last weekend.

Yeovil Team News:

Yeovil will have captain Darren Way back after recovering from a fractured cheekbone as well as defender Efe Sodge.

Way made his return in the FA Cup replay against Macclesfield at Huish Park with an excellent goal as they came out 4-0 winners.

Player to watch: Phil Jevons

The striker has scored 5 goals in 13 starts for the Glovers this season and the defence will need to deal with him on Friday night. He scored a total of 29 goals last season in 51 games in all competitions so he certainly knows where the goal is.

Match Facts & Stats

As many of us know, trips to Huish Park have been far from enjoyable. I was unfortunate to witness all three of our recent defeats at Yeovil ? a team we simply can?t play well against away from home.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a different story. Confidence is high and with a full squad available we can alter our poor record against the Glovers.

Last season, they did the double over us so the less said about that the better! In a thrilling match the season before, Lee Trundle grabbed a winner in the last minute to win 3-2, just after Kevin Gall thought he had rescued a point for them.

Ref Watch:

Keith Stroud (Hampshire)
Games: 15
Yellows: 63
Reds: 2

Stroud refereed Swansea?s Carling Cup game away at Reading in August. One of his red cards he?s issued this season was in that match.

Match Prediction:

It should be a great game tomorrow and I?m expecting a few goals from both sides but I think we?ll come out as worthy winners. 3-2 HOME WIN
