A look at some of the stats ahead of Saturday`s trip to West Ham, as the Swans are still looking to score their first away goal of the season.

Team News:

Lanzini is fit again for the hosts, while Antonio has recovered from a recent groin problem.

For the Swans, Leon Britton, Ki Sung Yueng and Nathan Dyer are all back in training but unlikely to feature. Paul Clement has no other injury concerns.

Our record at West Ham

The Swans don`t have the best of records away at West Ham, losing all but one of their 5 games so far.

Goals at West Ham involving the Swans

In terms of goals involving the Swans at West Ham, there`s been 13 in total in 5 games, with an average of 2.60 per game, compared to the 2.56 away 6-season average.

The Swans have averaged 1 goal per game at West Ham, but that`s only because they scored 4 goals in one game during the 2015/16 season, failing to score in 3 games.

Scorelines at West Ham

There`s been four different scorelines involving the Swans at West Ham, while 3 of the 5 games the Swans have failed to score.

Quick stats

Swansea could become only the fourth team to keep a clean sheet in their first four away matches of a PL season, after Manchester United in 1997/98, Leicester City in 2000/01 and Chelsea in 2004/05.

Andy Carroll has five goals and three assists in six PL matches against Swansea for the Hammers.

Swansea have kept as many away clean sheets this season (three) as they managed in the previous two PL seasons combined.

West Ham United have lost only one of their last nine Premier League matches against Swansea City (W5 D3), a 4-1 defeat at London Stadium in May 2016.

West Ham have only held the lead for 18 minutes in the Premier League so far this season, only Crystal Palace (0) have been in front for less.

Prediction

It`s a tough one to predict this week. Will the Swans bounce back from that awful home defeat against Watford and show some attacking intent, or will it be the same old story away from home? Parking the bus and hoping a point and an outside chance of all three.

Our record against West Ham is poor to say the least, and I`m not sure our problems will be able to be fixed enough in just a week, there`s still players getting up to speed, while West Ham are under pressure to try and get a result. A narrow 1-0 defeat, but I`m hoping I`ll be wrong and we`ll get a score draw.
