Michel Vorm says he has no intention of leaving Swansea City just yet.

The Dutch goalkeeper, voted as Vital Swansea’s Player of the Year, says he wants to ‘play for a big club and win trophies’ but adds ‘there’s time for everything’ as he and his family are settled in the city.

His only wish it seems is that he could find some genuine Dutch cheese!

Vorm told the Evening Post:

‘I like life at Swansea. Sometimes it is hard, though, to find a piece of genuine old Dutch cheese.

‘I occasionally miss my friends, but I often visit my home country and vice versa ? friends of mine also make a trip to Swansea.

‘My girlfriend is having a good time in Wales and our little son just loves it here. Things are okay, as far as I am concerned.’

The Dutchman had a superb first season at the Liberty Stadium, proving to be one of the most consistent goalkeepers in the Premier League.

He played a big role in the club finishing 11th and keeping 14 clean sheets.
