Cedric Van Der Gun is expecting a tough match tonight away at Watford as Swansea City look to bounce back following Saturday’s defeat at Nottingham Forest.

The Dutch winger has been sidelined for two months with a hamstring injury but he returned on the weekend, coming as a second half substitute and he produced an impressive performance at the City Ground.

Van Der Gun told the Official Site:

‘It felt good to play again at Forest,”

‘I thought the 45 minutes went well for me.

‘Unfortunately, we lost a game I felt we should have won.”

‘Every game is going to be difficult between now and the end of the season. There are a lot of good teams in this league – and Watford are no different.

‘It’s a difficult pitch up there and their position in the league means it’s going to be a real battle for us.

‘But we feel confident.”
