Paulo Sousa was linked with the Sporting Lisbon manager’s job recently thanks to a story in the Evening Post, but quickly after that speculation ended, the media are quick to link our manager with another club.

The Daily Mail are linking him with relegation-threatened Hull City, as the Tigers look likely to return to the Championship.

Management consultant Iain Dowie is currently in charge of the team as boss Phil Brown remains on Gardening Leave.

Helping the Daily Mail to sound somewhat convincing (they don’t though) with their story that Sousa could possibly join Hull is their claim that the Swansea City boss has had a recent ‘clash’ with chairman Huw Jenkins after he was rejected funds to sign loan players this year.

Another story then to ignore and avoid from the Daily Mail regarding our manager Paulo Sousa and his future at Swansea City.
