After a disappointing FA Cup draw against Horsham , Swansea turn their attentions to league matters tomorrow evening against a struggling Northampton side lying 4 points off the relegation zone.
Cobblers manager Stuart Gray lambasted his squads performance against Walsall in the leuage as lethargic and lacked urgency.
Gray will be looking for a more positive reaction from his players as they try and defy table position and go away with a result at the Liberty Stadium.
Swansea will be looking to consolidate their position at the top of the leauge one summit with tricky ties against Bristol Rovers and Leeds United on the horizon.
Manager Roberto Martinez will also be looking for a good performance as he tries to overhaul the South Wales club’s fortunes at home.
Despite only 1 loss at home since September the Spanish tactician has come under fierce criticism from the media and fans alike over the performances at the Liberty Stadium.
Those performances will certainly give his counterpart Stuart Gray some hope of securing some much needed points.
Gray’s task has become more difficult as the Northamptonshire based side have only won 1 game on the road all season a 1-0 win at Oldham on the 27th October.
