Colin Pascoe’s Reserve side travel to Exeter City this evening for their totesport.com Combination match at St James’ Park.

Swansea City Reserves have had an unbeaten start to their season with three games played so far.

They opened their season with a 1-1 draw at home to Swindon Town. A good crowd was at the Gnoll for the game as they watched Ferrie Bodde play his first match since a knee injury in November 2008. Unfortuntely though, the Dutchman later suffered a recurrence and will miss the rest of the season.

The following week they were away at Bristol Rovers and drew 3-3 thanks to goals from Lee Trundle and Reserves top scorer Besian Idrizaj who grabbed a brace.

We got our first win of the season at home to Forest Green Rovers, winning 2-0 with goals from Matty Collins and Besian Idrizaj. Exeter recently beat them 6-1.

Swansea City Reserves compete in the Wales and West Division of the totesport.com Combination League and we’re currently 6th out of 10 clubs. Exeter City are joint top with Plymouth Argyle after winning 2 and drawing 1.

Check back later for updates and a full time score on tonight’s match.
