Swansea City fans appear to be in positive mood ahead of Monday night’s home game against Liverpool, with 58% predicting a win in our latest poll.

The fans are mixed on whether it’ll be a draw or a defeat though, with 21% voting for each.

Can the Swans get some revenge for Liverpool’s 4-1 thumping win at Anfield earlier in the season?

You can still vote in the poll now on the right hand side of the website, before we ask for your man of the match after the game.

Garry Monk’s side have had 11 full days of preparation since their last match – a 3-2 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur as they aim to put a big dent in the Reds’ top four hopes.

Manchester United convincingly saw off Spurs at Old Trafford today, winning 3-0 – putting pressure on Brendan Rodgers’ side on Monday night, and you feel it’s a must win game for them if they want to qualify for the Champions’ League again next season.

The Swans, meanwhile, will be looking to get back to winning ways again, after the defeat at Spurs halted a 2-game winning streak, which completed doubles over Manchester United and Burnley respectively.

Garry Monk should, again, have an almost full squad available to him, with Kyle Bartley still the only absentee with a knee injury. Striker Bafetimbi Gomis is expected to start again despite fainting early on in the game at White Hart Lane.

Liverpool will be hoping that the likes of Skrtel, captain Steven Gerrard and former Swan Joe Allen are available again.
