The teams are in for today’s early kick off at the Liberty Stadium as Swansea City host Sheffield Wednesday (12pm).
Steve Cooper was forced into a change at the back as Ben Wilmot returned to Watford after picking up an injury. Chelsea loanee Marc Guehi takes his place alongside Kyle Naughton.
Ben Cabango only makes the bench due to an on-going hernia problem while van Der Hoorn is lacking match fitness.
Wayne Routledge also returns to the starting eleven along with Connor Roberts and Jay Fulton.
A game that has to be referred to as a “must-win” if Cooper’s side want to finish in the play-off places, especially after Cardiff City boosted their chances with a 1-0 win over Bristol City yesterday.
Cooper’s side are now seven points adrift of our arch-rivals in 6th place and with just five games remaining after today, we have to move within four to stand any chance.
We have one win in 3 since the restart, beating Middlesbrough 3-0 in our first game back before defeat at home to Luton before holding Millwall 1-1 last week.
Garry Monk’s side are also suffering a drop in form with 2 wins in their last 13 games although they did win their last away game at Bristol City last week.
