Swansea City will be devasted after throwing aay a 2-goal lead in the last 23 minutes of today’s game at Huddersfield.

A Lee Trundle brace put us 2-0 up at the break but Abbott (2) and Worthington scored as the Terriers came back to snatch all three points.

Jackett made 2 changes to the side, Amankwaah returned to right back as Tate moved into midfield the replace Britton while Robinson was dropped to the bench in place of Butler.

Swansea seemed to keep the momentum going from the Crewe as Trundle again gave us an early lead after 9 minutes from the penalty spot.

Glennon brought down Butler and the scouser converted the spot-kick.

Trundle then made it 2-0 with 2 minutes remaining of the first half following some neat work from his strike partner Rory Fallon.

Yet again though, we looked to be in the driving seat but then threw away what really should have been another comfortable away win.

Huddersfield started their revival half way through the second half as Worthington converted Abbott’s cross.

Abbott then scored a brace in the last 15 minutes to shockingly take all three points for Jackson’s side.

The striker scored from Brandon’s cross before converting a penalty in the final minute after a foul by loanee Marcos Painter.

When things couldn’t get worse they did as Lee Trundle looks set to miss the next 3 games after being shown a straight red card for a foul and abusive language.

Kenny Jackett:
“The game was a rollercoaster and it didn’t fall our way,”

“It was a disappointing result because we were in a match-winning position and we didn’t kill the game off.

– understatement of the year that Jackett.

“We showed our passion and quality in the first-half, but it’s still turned out to be a disappointing day.”

where the hell did it go in the second half?
