Stats: Wonder Goal Enough For Swansea City At Bolton Wanderers

|

Barrie McKay’s wonder strike after just 15 minutes was enough for the Swans to get back to winning ways at Bolton Wanderers this weekend.

Swansea City dominated the first half and were on top with 63% possession and they were able to convert that early pressure into a goal as the ball fell nicely to the unmarked McKay to unleash an unstoppable shot into the top corner.

We missed two great chances before and after the goal to add to our lead and once again we really should have gone in at the break with a bigger and more comfortable lead.

Ameobi missed Bolton’s best chance to get something out of the game just after the restart while the Swans showed little in terms of a clear chance to guarantee the three points as the home side upped the intensity.
