Darren Pratley could be set to begin his international career as he is called up by Jamaica.

John Barnes has called up the 23 year-old to his squad, which contains another 8 British-based players – Jamal Campbell-Ryce, Ricardo Gardner, Damion Stewart, Jermaine Johnson, Demar Phillips, Omar Daley, Ricardo Fuller and Marlon King.

Pratley is able to play for the Reggae Boyz through his grandparents and impressed Barnes after his performance in the 2-0 win at Burnley last week.

The midfielder will be hoping to feature in Jamaica’s friendly against Nigeria in London on February 11th.
