In a recent site poll this week, 19% of our readers said that Swansea City should sell striker Danny Graham.

The question had to be asked when Danny Graham gave an interview to Sky Sports saying he wanted to hold talks with manager Michael Laudrup regarding his role in the team. He was also clearly unhappy to have a severe lack of first team opportunities, but recently he has proven the quality he can offer, having scored in each of the last three games.

76% said Graham should stay, and out of that, 53% said he should be first choice striker, with the other 23% saying he is good as backup.

With 19% simply saying ‘No’ to him staying, 5% voted that he should only stay if Laudrup didn’t sign a striker in the January transfer window.

Based on recent form at least, it would be a bad decision to let go of a striker who can definitely score in this team at this level. Having been out of the first team for the last few months, Graham has finally returned and scored 3 consecutive goals.
