Pool’s site editor Poolie Poolie answers our questions on Hartlepool’s chances this season.

Hartlepool United were relegated from League one 2 seasons ago but have bounced straight back up. Last season saw United go on a 21 match unbeaten run that was to see them go up as League Two champions.

Hartlepool under new manager Danny Wilson certainly impressed. Second up in our Opposition focus series is Hartlepool United. Pools Vital Editor Poolie Poolie answers a few questions on next seasons League one Campaign.

1.What Is your name ??

Poolie Poolie

2.How Long have you supported Hartlepool United?

‘Just shy of 10 Years’

3.Do you think you will do well in L1 Next season?

‘I think with a couple of good signings, especially a good goalkeeper, we
can challenge for the play offs.

4.Where do you think you will strengthen for next season?

‘We’ve just lost our keeper to Coventry so we need to replace him. A
quality striker would be a great addition and we’re a bit short of defensive cover too.’

5. Who do you think is Swansea’s most dangerous player?

‘Lee Trundle is Mr Swansea but i think that Leon Britton is your best player, nobody likes playing against a good winger and he causes opposing sides big problems.’

6.Where do you think Hartlepool and Swansea will come next season?

‘I think both Swansea and Hartlepool can challenge for the play offs, but
with a few big signings Swansea could go higher.’

7.Will you be making the journey to the Liberty Stadium next season ?

‘Swansea is a long, long way away so i don’t think i’ll be making the
journey but its a nice stadium and i’d like to visit some day.’

Thank you to Poolie Poolie
