Swansea City look set to complete the loan signing of Manchester City’s 18-year-old defender Fin Burns.
The always reliable journalist and Swans fan Stuart James is breaking the news this evening that Burns is set to join with Brandon Cooper also expected to go out on loan once again.
In other transfer news, QPR are keen to sign Jamie Paterson but both of their submitted bids so far are “well short” of the £750,000 figure that would tempt the Swans to sell – according to BBC Sport’s Gareth Vincent.

Premier League giants Manchester City paid £175,000 to Southend United for the 13-year-old five years ago. So far he has only played under-23 PL2 Division 1 league so this would be quite the level up for the teenager.
