Swansea City winger Jefferson Montero is back training with the club after recovering from a hamstring injury
Swansea City winger Jefferson Montero is back training with the club after recovering from a hamstring injury that kept him out of the 2-1 win against Manchester United.
He also withdrew himself from international duty for Ecuador – which added to the worry that he wouldn’t be available for this Saturday’s trip to Premier League new boys Watford.
But thankfully, the Swans have released a new Youtube video on their channel, with training footage featuring the winger.
The news comes as a big boost for Garry Monk’s side as they’ve always looked a more threatening team with Montero in it.
It looks like Swansea City have escaped any injuries during the international break with the likes of Ashley Williams, Neil Taylor and Jonjo Shelvey all coming back unscathed despite them featuring in two matches in quick succession.
Monk is likely to make one change from the team that beat Manchester United if Montero is fully fit for the trip to Vicarage Road.
