Swansea City have recently been linked with a move for the 29 year-old, who has also attracted interest from Nottingham Forest and Bristol City.

Martinez told the Evening Post:

‘We looked at him a couple of seasons back and he is a player with great pedigree, but no.’

Nottingham Forest had a £600,000 bid rejected for the Hibernian skipper in January, so the player would come at a cost if we were interested.
