Swansea City boss Roberto Martinez is thought to be considering re-signing Liverpool winger Paul Anderson.
The 20 year-old enjoyed a successful season-long loan spell last season as he helped us win the League One title, but the following year he opted to join Nottingham Forest on loan, rather than spend another year at the Liberty Stadium.
The Evening Post believe that Martinez is now ‘weighing up’ a possible return for Anderson, as Liverpool are now willing to sell the pacey winger.
Following his departure last year, Martinez said it would be unlikely that Anderson would return in the near future. He also said yesterday that the Swans could be linked to 100’s of players as they watch and follow a huge number of targets throughout the Summer.
Considering that, we’ll just have to wait and see I suppose whether or not Martinez does line up a bid to bring Anderson back.
