Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini believed that his side deserved to win today’s game at Swansea City.

Both sides missed some great chances to score though, and a draw was probably a fair result.

Mancini thought otherwise though, and said:

‘I think we played well and we deserved to win,’

‘But we missed five incredible chances, Nasri, Silva and Dzeko all had good opportunities to score.

‘I also think we should have had a penalty for a foul on Dzeko, I don’t know why the referee didn’t give it.’

‘We were motivated to win this game because we want to secure the second position,’

“We have the final on Saturday and if we won today it would have been better for us.’

Mancini also commented on a penalty they should have won for a foul on Dzeko in the second half, but Swansea City also had a big shout for a penalty in the first half for a challenge on Michu.
