According to today’s News of the World, Leicester have bid £250,000 for midfielder Andy Robinson.

While Bristol City pursue their interest in Lee Trundle, Leicester boss Martin Allen is hoping to add Robinson to his midfield next season.

He’s a big fan of the scouser after his performances and goals he scored against Brentford in the 2005/06 season.

The 27 year-old didn’t play to his full potential last season, scoring just 8 goals (18 the previous season).

He looked unfit and I think we should cash in on him. £250,000 is a good bid and with the likes of Anderson, Bodde and Collins arriving this Summer, he certainly won’t be guaranteed a first team place.
