Hundreds of Horsham fc supporters have snapped up the home allocation of tickets for the cup clash at The Atspeed Stadium.

Tickets went on General sale this morning and all remaining home tickets were sold before 9.45am.

Swansea City are understood to have still not sold their allocation for the game.

Swansea secured safe passage to the 2nd round after a hard fought 2-1 win over Isthmian League Premier Division side Billericay Town FC.

The Essex based outfit secured safe passage to the 2nd round for the first time in their history with a historic 4-1 win over Maidenhead United of the Southern Football League Premier Division.

Club secretary John Lines has spoken of his delight at the sell out

Mr Lines spoke on:Hornets Review

”Unfortunately, there were always going to be some supporters who would be disappointed, no matter how the tickets were sold.It was only right that we gave priority to our season ticket holders and Supporters Club members, which we did on Monday and Tuesday, and we tried to make things easier for the general public by making tickets available from three different outlets today. We could quite easily have sold double the amount of tickets as the response has been so overwhelming but I am sure that those lucky enough to have bought a ticket will be in for a terrific evening.”

Stay tuned for next week when we will bring you an interview with Hornets Secretary John Lines about the biggest game in the Clubs history.
