Swansea City opened their Holland Tour with a comfortable 4-1 victory at Haaglandia, courtesy of goals from Pintado (2), Dyer and Cotterill.

Brendan Rodgers fielded a strong side which trialist Kemy Aguestien, and he impressed in the centre of midfield with his strength and compusure on the ball.



Dyer opened the scoring after a dominant start from the Swans, before Cotterill robbed a defender to double our lead before half time.

The hosts struck back in the second half, as Serano van de Hurk raced onto a through ball and slotted the ball in past goalkeeper David Cornell.

Gorka Pintado then came on along with a host of other substitutes during the second half, and his first goal was a superb volleyed strike. It was route one as Serran launced a long high pass from his own half up to the big Spaniard, and he controlled the ball before volleying it home. He then got his second in the final minute to round off a 4-1 win.
