Kemy Agustien could be injured for up to 6 weeks following a hamstring injury during Saturday’s defeat at Arsenal.

Swansea City are currently waiting for the results of the scan of Agustien’s hamstring to determine how long he’ll be sidelined for.

Sky Sports are reporting that he may have torn his hamstring which means he’s likely to be out of action until late October.

Aguestien has impressed so far in the Premier League and his absence comes as a big blow to the team.

Wayne Routledge wasn’t included in the squad on Saturday due to an injury but assistant manager Colin Pascoe expects him to be available next Saturday when the Swans host West Brom in front of a sellout Liberty Stadium crowd.

‘It’s a blow losing Kemy because he has been a strong player for us,’

‘And we didn’t want to risk Wayne at Arsenal, but he should be back next Saturday.’
