62% of our readers believe that Swansea City can improve on last season`s 8th place Premier League finish.

In our recent poll, we wanted to know how you – the fans – felt ahead of next season, our potential and whether or not we could improve again on 8th place.

It`s going to be a very tough ask, and even chairman Huw Jenkins told the media recently that “standing still” could actually be seen as progress next season.

Swansea City haven`t finished lower than 12th in their last four seasons in the Premier League, and it`s almost expected now that they finish in the top half.

Swansea fans will be encouraged already ahead of the 2015/16 with two excellent signings – Marseille winger Andre Ayew and most recently left back Franck Tabanou from Saint Etienne. Garry Monk is also looking to bring in possibly 2 or 3 more signings and given some of the names being linked with a move to the Liberty Stadium, you can understand why some fans are looking forward to another successful year.

62% voted that the Swans can improve – and finish 6th or 7th next year, while 15% voted that we`ll finish 8th again. You can`t argue that that would be excellent again for us as you can expect some of the bigger clubs to be stronger.

The remaining 23% reckon we`ll finish lower than 8th and in mid table or even lower.

In our new poll, we`d like to know your thoughts on Leon Britton and where you see him next season. Manager Garry Monk says he could struggle even more to get first team opportunities next year after a frustrating 2014/15 campaign. The midfielder, who first joined the club 13 years ago, has admitted that he`s considering he`s options elsewhere, but is Monk wrong to risk losing the club legend?

Let us know your thoughts in the poll or via the comments below.
